At The Dent Dawgs LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of

automotive repair services, no refunds will be issued after work has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our repairs, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we

can inspect the vehicle and address any concerns through rework or additional service at no extra

charge.

Deposits & Cancellations:

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of any

deposit.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling losses.

Warranty Claims:

All repairs are covered by our lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Issues covered

under this warranty will be corrected at no cost instead of a refund.

Insurance Payments:

If repairs are paid for through an insurance claim, any check cancelation must be coordinated with your insurance

provider
