The Dent Dawgs LLC specializes in auto hail damage repair, paintless dent repair (PDR), and related automotive services. Service details, timelines, and costs will be outlined in an estimate or repair order before work begins.

 

 

 

 

2. Estimates & Approvals

 

 

• All estimates are based on the visible and reported damage at the time of inspection.

• Additional damage discovered during repairs may require an updated estimate.

• We will not begin work without customer approval (verbal, written, or electronic).

 

 

 

 

 

3. Payments & Billing

 

 

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance payments.

• Insurance claims are the customer’s responsibility however once we have authorization from the customer we will handle the claim for the customer; The Dent Dawgs LLC is not responsible for denied claims or unpaid balances.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

Customers must:

 

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition.

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

• Pick up the vehicle within the agreed timeframe once notified of completion.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Warranty & Limitations

 

 

• We stand behind our work with a “lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle” on paintless dent repairs performed by The Dent Dawgs LLC.

• Warranty covers workmanship, not damage from accidents, weather, or misuse after service.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

 

 

• While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, The Dent Dawgs LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or unrelated issues that occur during or after repair.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, parts availability, or third-party vendors.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
